Winning Numbers
Winning lottery numbers may be entered manually on the Minnesota State Lottery website. If there is a discrepancy between the numbers on the website and the official Lottery winning numbers as validated by the Lottery and certified by independent certified accountants, the official numbers prevail.
Unsolicited Ideas Policy
The Minnesota State Lottery, including any of its employees, do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new lottery games, advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or new product names. Please do not submit unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions, or other works (“submissions”) in any form to the Minnesota State Lottery or any Lottery employee. If you submit ideas despite Lottery policy of not accepting unsolicited ideas, regardless of any communication to the Lottery along with a submission, the following terms will apply. You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of the Minnesota State Lottery, without any compensation to you; (2) the Minnesota State Lottery may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for the Minnesota State Lottery to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential and your submission may become public according to Minnesota law.
